Senator Meyer moved and asked unanimous consent to take up                                                                      
HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 34. Without objection,                                                                          
the resolution was before the Senate on final passage.                                                                          
                                                                                                                                
The question being: "Shall HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION                                                                          
NO. 34 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules                                                              
of the Alaska State Legislature, concerning Senate Bill No. 25,                                                                 
establishing the sustainable energy transmission and supply                                                                     
development program in the Alaska Industrial Development and                                                                    
Export Authority; relating to the interest rates of the Alaska Industrial                                                       
Development and Export Authority; and relating to taxes paid on                                                                 
interests in property owned by the Alaska Industrial Development and                                                            
Export Authority and to the local contribution for public education                                                             
funding related to that property, pass the Senate?" The roll was taken
